Based in Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth teaches online and in-person yoga classes for teens and adults. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, having studied at Yoga on High. She has completed additional training in trauma-informed and accessible teaching techniques, meditation, and pranayama.
A writer and former journalist, Elizabeth began practicing yoga regularly about 15 years ago, seeking a way to reduce stress and regain her spark while living with chronic illness. She wanted to learn how to do things that seemed impossible, like feel relaxed and stand on her head.
