Based in Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth teaches online and in-person yoga classes. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and registered children's yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, having studied with Yoga on High and Yoga Ed. She has completed specialized training in trauma-informed and accessible teaching techniques, meditation, and pranayama.
