Based in Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth teaches online and in-person yoga classes for teens and adults. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, having studied at Yoga on High. She has completed additional training in trauma-informed and accessible teaching techniques, meditation, and pranayama.
A writer and former journalist, Elizabeth began practicing yoga regularly about 15 years ago, seeking a way to reduce stress and regain her spark while living with chronic illness.
