Reiki is a technique for relaxation and stress reduction that is used around the world. The focus of this hands-on, virtual workshop is working with Reiki energy as a self-care practice. 

We’ll explore centering and contemplation practices to work with this harmonizing energy, and discuss sharing Reiki with others.

Attendance and participation are necessary to receive a Level 1 Reiki certificate of completion (up to 1 session may be missed). led by Reiki Master Teacher Elizabeth Wood, RYT 500. 

This workshop is held in partnership with Kula Yoga and Wellness.

What you’ll learn and receive:
 Reiki history
 Attunements to sense and work with Reiki energy
 How to practice this technique for self-care
 Reiki Level 1 manual book
 Reiki Level 1 certificate, issued upon completion of the training.
