In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn about iRest, an evidence-based meditation practice, and how it can be used to support healthy sleep.
Allow yourself to be guided through a meditative inquiry of body and breath sensing while sitting or lying down. There will be time afterward to discuss your experience and ask questions.
