iRest®  for Sleep Workshop

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn about iRest, an evidence-based meditation practice, and how it can be used to support healthy sleep.

 Allow yourself to be guided through a meditative inquiry of body and breath sensing while sitting or lying down. There will be time afterward to discuss your experience and ask questions.

 iRest is based on the ancient practice of yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”). It’s taught worldwide in yoga studios, community centers, schools, clinics, correctional facilities, and in U.S. military hospitals. 
This workshop is appropriate for new and experienced meditators.
